Training Session

I work with active individuals who have something standing in their way - whether that's pain, an old injury, or movement limitations that make daily activities or sports harder than they should be.

You've probably tried the traditional route: physio gave temporary relief, osteo helped for a few weeks, massage felt good but nothing stuck. You're looking for someone who takes full ownership of solving the problem, not just managing symptoms.

You want to be physically capable and ready for anything, and you need a complete solution that gets you there.

My approach combines rehabilitation and performance training as a single, unified process. There's no "first fix the problem, then get strong" timeline - we build capability while addressing limitations from day one.

Success means you're no longer worried about your body failing you.

Whether that's returning to the sports you love, traveling without concern, or simply having confidence in your physical resilience - we measure progress by your capability to do what matters to you, not arbitrary fitness metrics.

Gym Training: I work from two premium facilities in Lisbon - Lisbon Strong and MVMT Studio. Both locations offer specialized equipment and an environment built for serious training.

At-Home Training: Train in your own space with no commute. During the pilot session, we assess your available equipment to determine what's workable. Complete privacy and training adapted to your environment.

How it works

Step 1
Free Initial Call (15-20 minutes)
We discuss your current situation, what's limiting you, and whether my approach is the right fit. This is a quick conversation via WhatsApp video or phone to make sure we're aligned before investing time.
Step 2
Book & Pay for Pilot Session
If we're a good fit, I'll send you a payment link for the Pilot Session (€120). Once payment is received, we'll schedule your 60-minute in-person assessment.
Step 3
Pilot Session (60 minutes in-person)
A hands-on movement assessment and training session where I identify what's limiting you and what you're capable of. For at-home training, we'll also assess your space and available equipment. The €120 includes both the training session and a written assessment & recommendations document.
Step 4
Program Commitment
You'll receive a payment link for your 6 or 12-week program. Once payment is received, I create your detailed training protocol - a comprehensive roadmap outlining exactly what happens over the coming weeks, with specific objectives, outcomes, and expanded details from your pilot assessment. You then get scheduling access for your regular sessions.
Step 5
Begin Your Program
We start your program with regular training sessions (2× per week), milestone check-ins, and continuous adjustments. In extraordinary situations, different training frequencies may be recommended based on your specific needs.

The 12-week program is the minimum timeline I recommend for measurable, sustainable transformation. Training frequency is 2× per week. In extraordinary situations, different frequencies (1×, 3×, or 4× per week) may be recommended based on your assessed needs during the pilot session.
